RETURN POLICY

Toys On The Square would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to make a return, we offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all purchases, excluding shipping and handling charges, provided the toy was not played with and is in its original packaging. Toys On The Square understands that you may buy holiday gifts early and hold onto them for weeks before giving them as gifts – this makes a 30-day return policy difficult! For this reason, we offer a gift certificate that may be used in our brick and mortar toy store in the amount of the item/s you are returning.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Returning a package to us is easy!

  1.  Fill out the Return Form 
  2.  Box up the new, unused toy (in its original packaging), along with the Return Form, in a mail-safe box.
  3.  Mail the package via a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS or USPS to the following address:

 Upon receipt, we will process your return promptly and contact you if there are any questions or concerns.

RETURNING A GIFT
  
When returning a gift or toy to Toys On The Square, please choose the "Send Me a Gift Certificate" option on the Return Form. When we receive the return, we will issue you a Gift Certificate in the amount of the returned merchandise. 
 
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
In order to exchange one toy for another, you first must return the original item and select the “Send Me a Toys On The Square Gift Certificateon the Return Form. When we receive the returned Item, we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the returned merchandise, which you may then use to make your new purchase.


MERCHANDISE CREDIT
Toys On The Square issues Merchandise Credits for returned or damaged items.   A Merchandise Credit works exactly the same as a standard Gift Certificate at our retail location.  
 
RETURNING A DIRECT SHIP ITEM
Although direct ship items ship from the toy’s manufacturer, all direct ship items that are being returned must be sent to Toys On The Square and not returned to the manufacturer. Please include a completed Return Form .
 
RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
Our wish is for you to have a pleasant experience with your purchase. Sometimes it is beyond our control for a toy to not work correctly or having broken or missing parts.

Often times, we are able to send out replacement parts or fix the problem; but if not, we may send a replacement, if one is available, or issue a full refund. In order to receive a full refund we may require you to return the item to us.
